- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Brian is just bad news. Got my car into a wreck and immediately called Brian, my insurance agent. I talked with a rather lovely woman who was willing to work with me until Brian stepped in and began screaming in tantrums. He began by saying we were scamming him but when we showed the contracts showing we had insurance he was even more angry. The funny thing about this is Brian was always smiling when he was selling us insurance. But when I had the accident and I wanted to gain the insurance to relieve the burden of having to spend a lot of money on damages he suddenly became an angry man. After half a day's worth of back and forth arguing, I called a lawyer and he shut up and signed necessary documents to give us the insurance money. After that never again would I talk to Brian. This is downright unacceptable. This is why insurance has become shady in the first place. never go to Brian.By Clarisse Doe, December 23, 2016
