- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆It says you spend 15 minutes generally here...it's probably closer to 45, they never have enough staff and it seems like when they have more than one person working the line they carry-on long conversations making everyone in the line irritated. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is the worst bank I've ever . No one can answer the phone, can't call and check on a cashiers check causing a customer to lose over 5500 dollars and they have the slowest customer service of bank I've been to. Also, try and get phone service from this bank on a Saturday. Good luck with that. I spent an hour trying to talk to a human and it never Happened.
