- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆So I arrived at the H&R Block office at about 12:40 today, March 9, for my 1 PM appointment. One o'clock came and went, then 1:15. I inquired when I would be seeing my tax preparer and the receptionist checked with him and said about 20 more minutes. Then 1:30 came and went and finally my tax preparer cam out and told me he was going to lunch and could see me about 2:20. UNSAT!!! I had to reschedule. I feel H & R Block should give me a sizeable discount for not honoring my appointment tim e. I will be contacting H & R Block main office to voice my displeasure. Won't be coming back here next year unless they make things right. No way to treat a long time customer!!By James McCormick, August 04, 2017
